Disability Employee Resource Group
The mission of the Disability ERG is to serve as a platform to promote awareness and inclusion for people with disabilities at CUIMC. This group provides support that inspires, empowers, and equips our CUIMC community with disabilities to achieve excellence. We strive to increase the diversity of our community to more accurately reflect the diversity of the world at large. We aim to provide a safe space for people with disabilities and their allies to be understood and supported.
