African, Black, and Caribbean (ABC) Employee Resource Group

Open to all employees, the ABC ERG offers programs, resources, and networking opportunities that support professional growth, shared learning, and engagement across the CUIMC community.

Through collaboration with campus partners, the ABC ERG creates opportunities for dialogue, mentorship, and connection that strengthen trust, foster understanding, and support a welcoming workplace environment. Our programming is designed to benefit all employees while centering perspectives and experiences from African, Black, and Caribbean colleagues.
