Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ+) Employee Resource Group

The mission of the LGBTQ+ ERG is to be a strategic partner with CUIMC to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and other gender/sexual minorities in the workplace. This ERG will support CUIMC’s efforts to diversify staff. The LGBTQ+ ERG will serve as a visible, accessible resource for LGBTQ-identified employees and their allies and will provide LGBTQ-focused networking, educational and social opportunities for the CUIMC community.
