About Us
The CUIMC Well-Being Office is addressing immediate and long-term needs for achieving and sustaining well-being in the workplace at CUIMC. The initiative offers and advocates for mental health support, and focuses on improving organizational processes, building our community, and investing in training. Ultimately, our goal is to achieve an overarching culture that promotes employee well-being throughout the medical center. Our team will proactively identify organizational needs and offer high-impact programming to address them.
Mission
We aim to transform well-being in the work environment through a multi-tiered approach emphasizing equity, appreciation, collaboration, and continuous opportunities for professional fulfillment. The voice of the CUIMC community is fundamental to our mission and our approach to well-being efforts will be a dynamic process, driven by the CUIMC we serve. We intend to build partnerships, create institutional initiatives and partner with local and department units to implement impactful changes that highlight Well-Being as a priority across CUIMC.
Vision
The vision of the Office of Well-Being is to create a work environment distinguished by professional excellence and a culture emphasizing personal and professional well-being for the entire CUIMC community.
