Our mission is to foster collective well-being and resilience by sharing evidence-based coping strategies, facilitating access to peer support, and contributing to an inclusive and compassionate culture for faculty and staff of CUIMC and the larger Columbia community. 

Peer Support Services

CopeColumbia peer support services are available to all CUIMC faculty and staff. Sessions provide an opportunity for employees to talk about their experiences, ask questions, and obtain guidance and practical suggestions from our psychiatry faculty.
