The mission of the LGBTQ+ ERG is to partner with CUIMC to provide awareness, education, and allyship related to sexual orientation and gender identity across the medical center. Open to all employees, we offer programs, resources, and partnerships that deepen understanding, encourage respectful and supportive workplaces, and build meaningful connections throughout the CUIMC community. We serve as a visible and accessible resource, with initiatives designed to benefit all employees while elevating and centering perspectives from LGBTQ+ colleagues.
