The College of Dental Medicine welcomes students and faculty from all backgrounds and ethnicities. We seek to promote a climate for multiculturalism and inclusion within our community for students, faculty, staff, and patients. We believe that diversity creates a vibrant and exciting learning environment.
Our Office of Access, Equity & Inclusion (OAEI) provides support for underrepresented minority students, faculty, and staff. The office plays an integral role in the recruitment and retention of underrepresented students and offers various programs to increase the training of underrepresented minorities. The OAEI also mentors several student groups that provide forums for our diverse student population to voice their perspectives.
